This cake is two 7" white cakes put together with a thin layer of lemon filling, Cut in halwe and iced with white vanilla icing, toped of with coloured sugar sprinkles.

Icing = Icing Sugar, Veg. Shortening, Water, Egg White, Salt, Vanilla Ext.
Filling = Water, Sugar, Corn Starch, Pectin, Lemon
