Made from 2 layers of 7 round spice cake put together with apricot jam and iced with spice icing, then finished of with chocolate sugar sprinkles. This is a lightly spicy cake with a hint of allspice, ginger and cinnamon. It is sometime called pumpkin spice cake, and is a very popular fall and winter treat.
Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Eggs, Veg, Shortening, Skim Milk, Pumpkin, Baking Powder, Salt, Spices. Icing = Icing Sugar, Veg. Shortening, Water, Egg White, Salt, Molasses, Cocoa, Colour.
