This is a chocolate cake bottom, rolled hot from the oven, with a thick layer of marshmallow iced with chocolate icing and sprinkled with coloured sugar sprinkles. This is a very rich and sweet cake; kept best in the fridge and cut with a knife dipped in hot water.
