This is a chocolate cake bottom, rolled hot from the
oven, with a thick layer of marshmallow iced with chocolate icing and sprinkled with coloured sugar sprinkles. This is a very rich and sweet cake; kept best in the fridge and cut with a knife dipped in hot water.
Ingredients: Cake = Sugar, Wheat Flour, Eggs, Skim Milk, Veg. Shortening, Cocoa, Baking Powder, Salt, Baking Soda. Marshmallow = Sugar, Corn Syrup, Egg White, Corn Starch, Cream of Tartar, Salt. Icing = Icing Sugar, Water, Veg. Shortening, Cocoa Base. < Back to Cakes
