A nice summertime cookie. Very light with chewy currants, and a hint of lemon. Finished off with a spot of jam on top giving you a little hint of raspberry.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Currants, Butter, Veg. Shortening, Skim Milk, Eggs, Baking Powder, Salt, Lemon Flavour, Raspberry Jam.
