This is one of our most popular creations. Made from our basic sweet dough with lots of cinnamon chopped in then baked in a sugar-glass tin. They come in square or round loaves.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Veg Shortening
Skim Milk, Eggs, Yeast, Raisins, Currants, Peal,
Cinnamon, Salt.
